I Mat Dryden in charge of Hard Knox Fight Gear and Promotions declare that the fight which was held on (2014-03-07) between Mohammad Ali Bayat Farid vs Fatih Ulusoy was submitted to BoxRec with false information by an unknown source due to following reasons:

1. No BoxRec representative was present at the venue/fight to approve this fight.
2. Our events have never been registered with BoxRec, nor have we ever spoken to a representative.
3. It was a semi pro exhibition fight set for five 2 minute rounds which is not a professional round timing.
4. We have no evidence who has registered this fight to BoxRec as a pro fight.
5. There was no contract for this fight.
6. It was never sanctioned by a recognised professional boxing authority.

I therefore as the promoter of this event believe Boxrec were wrongly informed.
