ESPN: "Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez has vacated his super middleweight world title, paving the way for it to be filled by the bout between Billy Joe Saunders and Shefat Isufi on Saturday.
Ramirez sent WBO president Paco Valcarcel an email in recent days thanking him for the opportunity to hold the organization's world title and informing him that he planned to fight in the light heavyweight division going forward, so he was relinquishing the 168-pound belt."
What do you think? No surprise but how will Ramirez do at LHW?

It was bound to happen. He had a piss poor reign IMO.

It's laughable that Billy Joe Saunders (27-0, 13 KOs), 29, of England, who is moving up to super middleweight, and Shefat Isufi (27-3-2, 20 KOs), 29, of Germany will be for the vacated title, IMO.
