Which attribute would you have?
Re: Which attribute would you have?
if wlder had all 3 hed be ending fghts earler and not droppng so many rounds where hes outboxed. youd have an absolutely almost perfect machine. no way a guy such as molna or artur goes 9.
just because you land punches doesnt mean you have really good timing....esp when the opponent is nown for blocking with his face

Re: Which attribute would you have?
Quite right. But he displayed all three in the KO sequence. Not saying he always has all three, by no means.jamamb wrote: ↑26 May 2019, 18:10 if wlder had all 3 hed be ending fghts earler and not droppng so many rounds where hes outboxed. youd have an absolutely almost perfect machine. no way a guy such as molna or artur goes 9.

not sure he really timed anythng there though. he bascally leaped forward wth that shot when breazeale was dong nothing and had hands down. you dont need to time a punchng bag to land. dom wasnt really presenting anything to time either . he just couldnt move his static head out of the way

Re: Which attribute would you have?
Wilder telegraphed that punch about a week before it happened, and for some reason Breazeale was attempting an inside uppercut. If he had any ring IQ, he would have just tried to consolidate the round, especially considering he'd managed to put Wilder back on the back foot.
Problem with Breazeale, he's just not very good. He might be B level at best, but I'd need to see him beat someone with at least a half decent reputation.

Yeah right, and Breazeale was much better when he faced AJ.Rob3_142 wrote: ↑26 May 2019, 19:23 Wilder telegraphed that punch about a week before it happened, and for some reason Breazeale was attempting an inside uppercut. Re: Which attribute would you have?
ppl have been calling him that for years, dating back at least to when a lot of ppl didnt think he beat fred kassi, i think your reading in bias, i mean even you were pretty much calling him junk not long ago when he fought negron
not everything is an attempt to slam wilder
and tiny bruh, still interested in these forums where everyone picked breazeale

I've never changed my opinion of Breazeale. Never liked him much.jamamb wrote: ↑26 May 2019, 20:59 ppl have been calling him that for years, dating back at least to when a lot of ppl didnt think he beat fred kassi, i think your reading in bias, i mean even you were pretty much calling him junk not long ago when he fought negron

Re: Which attribute would you have?
so whats all so unfair, do you think dom had been highly regarded or sometging
Re: Which attribute would you have?
He is included when AJ's superior resume is discussed. I find his shortcomings are overlooked when AJ is being chatted. My observation. I also notice that whomever Wilder beats is instantly chatted negatively. Ortiz perhaps the biggest example. It doesn't make any difference to me, but I find it ironic. AJ is the best HW out there. Wilder the most explosive. Fury the best tactician. Nothing changes that.

You’re right about that. When discussing AJ’s resume. Breazeale’s name comes up, even from Hearn. Not like they ever mention Molina.oogiebe wrote: ↑26 May 2019, 21:09 He is included when AJ's superior resume is discussed. I find his shortcomings are overlooked when AJ is being chatted. Molina is mentioned to comp how long it took to KO him. That stopped after Breazeale was taken out in one.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑26 May 2019, 21:42 You’re right about that. When discussing AJ’s resume. Breazeale’s name comes up, even from Hearn. Not like they ever mention Molina.
Re: Which attribute would you have?
i dont think breazeales really been big upped for aj, i hardly ever heard that mentioned, ppl simply never rated breazeale and always said he was slow with no defense and not that good, just like you were saying. not everything is some unfair thing against wilder. ppl thought breazeale was slow and easy to hit and gonna be ktfo and that was all correct
Re: Which attribute would you have?
No no - Breazeale wasn't all of a sudden a world beater versus AJ. He was just as utterly useless.
The only reason Breazeale is a name, is because he's now been in the ring with AJ and Wilder, but that is about it.
I'd love to see the Compubox stats, because AJ was just teeing off his jab in Breazeale's face for fun. I think it was a different kind of performance (although we all love to see the 1 round blow outs).
Based on Breazeale's wins, he shouldn't be near the top 15.

Re: Which attribute would you have?
ya no one was ever puffing up big dom, hes got heart for sure but is just way too limited to do anything vs the best guys
Re: Which attribute would you have?
Thanks Ruthless
Wow, Breazeale did a very bad job of dodging or blocking AJ's punches. I mean 40-45% of a generally high output landing everytime? Not conducive to good health.
Re: Which attribute would you have?
dom simply has no defence, its why he struggled so much with mansour, kassi, and ugonoh. hes a warrior though, thought wilder hurt him too much for that to make a difference

Wilder didn’t let us see the warrior in him that last fight. He knocked it straight outta him.
