I watched it recently to get hyped up for the Ruiz fight. I thought AJ was up by a round at the time of the stoppage, if I'm being generous I could see it being even. Povetkin landed some big shots and did some good work though.

Had Joshua up 4 rounds to 2. Povetkin wasnt winning the fight. He was doing alright tho. You could tell he was wearing down by round 5 IMO.

Yeah I can get to even. I cant get to "winning" which seemed to be the common theme. "Winning" entailed taking 4 of the first 6 rds. Not a chance that was the case for me.

to me everything from 5-1 Povetkin to 3-3 was acceptable, 4-2 Povetkin was the most correct score imo.

and i think that this Povetkin would have a big chance of beating Wilder, styles make fight and Povetkin's skillful getting inside would be a huge problem for DW. hovewer, Wilder would have a chance to connect a big right hand and knock Povetkin out, of course.

the fight wouldve been really interesting back in 2015 when pov was at the peak of his ped game and wilder didnt have as much experience as he does now

wilder would ko him eventually i think, even if pov lands his best would wilder go? he looked resilient vs ortiz at least

Wilder would win no problem, but back when the fight was scheduled it might have been a very different story ... especially in Moscow.

..after years of bottom feeding, Wilder eventually stepped up around 2015 and failed to KO Stiverne...at that time I believe Povetkin could have been competitive and probably more than that..
