Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
How does this fight play out? 12 rounds. Let's say it takes place in the early 1990s.
Re: Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
I can see Frank taking Hunter out mid late. This is a hard one though.
Re: Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
Hunter isn't fully proved at the higher level for the current moment, but he looks like as a type of a fighter, who would outsmart and outbox the likes of Bruno.
Re: Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
Bruno by late stoppage.

Re: Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
Hunter was never hurt or stopped. In his last fight he ham acted a ridiculous "injury", as every single name Brian Nielsen victim did (bar Larry Holmes, the only one who didn't have money problems). Bruno took 10 rounds and a dodgy referee to stop Carl Williams, Hunter would baffle him.
Re: Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
Wait, what Mike Hunter are we talking about here? Dad or son? I thought, it was a hypothetical matchup featuring nowdays' Hunter.

Yeah, I mean Mike Hunter sr. He and Bruno could have fought in the late 1980s or early-mid 1990s.overhand_right wrote: ↑01 Jun 2019, 19:11 Oh I assumed it was Snr. How on earth can we judge Jnr yet?
Re: Mike Hunter vs Frank Bruno
Well, I'd favor Frank over Snr.
