Watched a documentary about Detroit’s Kronk. Heartbreaking the way it just sat there falling into ruin until somebody eventually torched it.

I know there’s a new Kronk in suburban Detroit, but going there wouldn’t be the same as going to the same gym that Tommy Hearns and co. trained in.

I was in Miami last year and was exited that there was still a gym on Miami Beach, but it’s not at all the same place that Ali trained in.

Are there any old school gyms in the US or UK where you could skip rope at the same place that some ATGs did?

Same sadness might be applied to Joe Frazier's gym in Philly...wish it could have continued on after his death to offer the community a boxing option...but that's not the case...
