HoF - Recount underway

There were errors in the vote count. I will conduct a recount.

Seventeen ballots were submitted in the second Hall of Fame vote; fighters needed at least 12 votes to gain enshrinement.

In round IV I'll most likely only be adding four names that weren't on my round III ballot to replace the four inductees, all of whom I voted for.
