Ron was terrible, 8-4 to Warrington is about right, you can't be given rounds for being so negative and holding so much.
Ron positive spin, hypnotic inside work to nullify the champion, was laughable, awful commentator.

Think Warringtons assessment of the fight was accurate, it was close but ultimately round by round Warrington had landed more shots and was more aggressive. Kid landed the cleaner eye catching shots but not enough of them in enough rounds for him to win in my opinion. I had Warrington by 2 rounds.

there were loads of close rounds and kid faded for sure, no idea why some ppl acting like he put on a decisive boxing masterclass. if only hed punched more and hugged less maybe he wouldve got it

ron was terrible, soo biased

It was a messy fight and no one was ever buzzed. Warrington worked a bit harder at times but Galahad was the ring general more often than not. Not terrible but I agree my gut feel was Galahad probably nicked it (although I scored it a draw)

Galahad was on top at half way. He’ll be kicking himself tomorrow as if he’d just jabbed a bit more he’d have won that

Don't see how Warrington could've got better than a draw there. Awful judging to have him that many rounds up in my opinion.

Agree with every word of that. Galahad surely needs another one of his brother's milkshakes, he was definitely flagging, poor lamb.

To score that properly, I would watch it again with the sound off after rons frankly ludicrous effort. It was a frustrating one.

115-113 Galahad for me but if anyones gonna get stiffed on my card then I'm glad its a cheat like Galahad, it was a close fight TBF and it was a rubbish fight, too messy, too much holding especially from Galahad and not enough quality or clean punches landed from either man, Warrington looked to riled up steaming in and missing wildly, Galahad was elusive and picked the better looking shots overall but he was too negative at times and too intent on holding, he was pot shotting for long spells but his southpaw stance gave Warrington problems, whenever Galahad switched orthodox briefly you could see Warrington close the gap

Crap fight styles just didn't gel and I'm glad Warrington got it

Totally agree here , that's me done with big Ron , so much spoiling going on and he was commending it .
To be fair to Warrington he didn't complain too much after the fight , but the spoiling was so evident and had the referee nipped it in the bud early doors it wouldn't have been such a scrappy fight .

End of the road for the drug cheat Galahad after that defeat. No chance anyone will take him as a voluntary with that style. No following either. So can't see him getting the chance to get back into a mandatory position. To win a world title you need to offer a bit more ambition than that tonight. Had he got the decision it would have been a tragedy.

Macintosh, well researched, but ultimately absolutely terrible. Just bizarre, eccentric nonsense most of the time.

Warrington took it in my book.

Galahad fought like he was the champ and in his hometown. He landed the better quality shots, but not enough of them.

I just can't see JW winning 7 rds myself ...
One thing for sure any thoughts that he was a top world class fighter are gone he looked lost at times and hardly landed a decent shot .

I had it 116-112 for Warrington. I think all the judges scores that were turned in were realistic scores for the fight, depending on what you preferred. Not he best fight to watch style wise, but I though the right man won. I thought Warrington pulled away in the last third of the fight.

Agreed I think he boxed within himself. Just a little more output each round & he would have won without doubt. Definitely the more skilled of the two. Warrington is tough but he’s the weakest champion by some way I feel.

Russell Jnr would destroy him.

Bari took centre ring at the start but didn't do much from halfway. Maybe he didn't get due credit for ring craft but FFS you have to land more punches and he should have known that coming into this fight

The ref had a bad night, allowing Galahads negative tactics spoil the fight
