pathetic, pathetic, pathetic... next time Warren disses Hearns or Hennessey or esp Fight Academy (ie on Sunday in the News of the Screws) he better damn remember that FA got Hatton MORE MONEY and a WORLD CHAMPION on NINE WEEKS notice while he can't even deliver a bum for Calzaghe on SIX WEEKS notice... pathetic... HBO still haven't got Joe on their website and I doubt they ever will... they must wonder what the F is going on here... I would imagine most would agree with your sentiments, but a new topic every day about pretty much the same thing is a bit tiresome.

Paul SN is well better than FA and Hennesy, at least he can make more big fights happen than them.

Warren signs up more of the talent too.

Fight Academy wouldn't bee able to milk Hatton if it wasn't for Warren making Hatton champ.

He doesn't keep his talent stuck fighting in leisure centres too( Haye before he left them and Woods).

You surely are not suggesting that FA are better promoters than allegedly are you. Warren has been going 25 years through rough and smooth, they are no where near his league. For a start they have to involve half the world in order to get a promotion off the ground.Sure they made Hatton money but after he was champion which Warren never got the chance to do. Warren is in the business to make money but FA seem like charity workers they end up giving all the money away. After Art, Don and the Hattons take theirs whats left for FA.

No, Joe's never run over any of my pets, but I have bought tickets and booked hotel rooms for myself and my girl and my uncle and his buddie (both of whom are cheap as chips and never pay up until AFTER the show)... I cancelled the hotels, leaving me only £10 booking fee down, but I am well PO'd

FW is the No.1 in the UK... only a dork woudl say he is not... he's got more fighters, more TV etc etc and as you say has .25 of a century of doing this at a high level... but Hennessey has a strong UK level stable and puts on good shows, Maloney has alwasy been value for money to the ticket buyer (even his Sunday afternoon shows are sometimes great, from what I read), MAtchroom have put on good stuff here and there and FA do, when it is all said and done, get more world title chances for UK fighters than anyone else...

Like I wrote a month ago - I couldn't give too hoots what the promoters pay themselves and arent' really that arsed about what fighters get etc etc... I am sure they have more money than me, whatever :(
I AM A BOXING FAN and I am only interested in what promoters can offer me in exchange for my £50 ticket money and I believe on that basis - and that basis is all I care about - Warren is NOT any better than anyone else...

With £400k on offer for Clinton Woods you would think he would jump at the chance to defend agsint JC at the Millennium Stadium. One would have thought that we should all be lobbying FA to take the fight after all £400k would go along way to giving Clinton the financial security he is yet to acheive and never will with FA as they are only going to get him work when Hatton fights as Sky won't work with them unless it is Hatton.

FA and Clinton are in effect Hatton's bitches!

Clinton should TELL his Manager to take the cash and make the JC fight NOW and give all of us a treat.

i'd rather see them get the most out of woods' career, instead of buggering off with hatton. woods will be in the game longer - his style is very controlled and economical. anyhow, isn't hatton losing FA loads of money, that's what B/c seems to be getting at most of the time
