Uzbekistan should get at least 3-4 World champions from this squad, otherwise it will be a disappointment.

VENEZUELA Ramirez, Saavedra, Arcon (3 OUT OF 7)
Venezuelas star boxers Gabriel Maestre, 2013 WCH bronze, and Yoel Finol, 2016 OG Bronze, are turning over soon. Maestre will box 20-0 Colombian Jeovanis Barraza in his debut in a cuple of weeks.

Great point. I think the ones with the best shots at winning world titles in the pros are Akhmadaliev, Giyasov, Melikhuziev and Zoirov. Zoirov actually moved up a weight class in the WSB and had a clearcut decision win over Robeisy Ramirez in the final of WSB Season 8:

What happened to Ukraine, they had sent a bunch of guys to the pros before?

As far as amateur standouts, Ukraine was in a drought in 2016 but now they have a rising amateur P4P star named Olexandr Khizhnyak, who won gold at 165 pounds in the 2017 World Championships and is favored to repeat at 2019 Worlds this year and 2020 Olympics.

The 2016 Olympic team from Ukraine had only 4 guys and only 2 of them are now fighting as pros. Not a single Ukrainian at the Rio Olympics even made it past the prelims. The 2 Ukrainians from 2016 who turned pro are Dmitry Mytrofanov (5-0-1) and Denis Solonenko, whose only pro bout took place back in 2012. Even amateur boxing hotspots like Ukraine have their down times.

Thanks for the info!! Matviichuk's 4-3 pro record was so mediocre that he slipped under my radar!!
