Puerto Rico: 0 champions of the world.

Post by Susej_SOG »

México left Puerto Rico with 0 champions of the world.

Soto K.O'd Acosta

Cancio K.O'd Machado.

And a funny thing: Cancio K.O'd Machado with a hook the body (the mexican punch).

Puerto Rico has like 20 years in bad moment.

I think Japan school is better right now.

Puerto Rico is in a drought for many different factors. For a plot of land that's a hundred miles long they have produced much talent. Hopefully they can bounce back. Like Don used to say " Que Viva Puerto Rico" :bag:

India ? China ?

I am afraid your criteria might be a little bit strange.

Criteria for what?

If you throw India and China into whatever criteria you are alluding to, it benefits PR.

The number of citizens (population) can not be criteria in boxing.

That's a lame excuse.

Puerto Rico lacks of good trainers, their talent is weak, actual fighters from Puerto Rico does not have good chin, and they are mentally weaks.

They have the full support of the WBO and they can't produce champions.

They have like 20 years in a bad moment.

Cotto, Calderon, Danny García and maybe Juanma López that is the best they produced in 20 years...

20 years...

Mexicali.

Population: 1,000,000

2 champions of the world (Elwin Soto and Andy Ruiz).

So?

Baja California (a mexican state)

Population: 4 millions

Boxing champions of the world: 18.

So?

Los Mochis, Sinaloa.

Population: 500, 000

Boxing champions: 7.

What cares is how you work with your talent, the quality of a sport system, trainers, and personality of the young talent.

In México there is not support to young talent.

The federation is fu.cking corrupt.

Fighters works hard without support, they fight with all, all the chances, everywhere.

Stop with the excuses...

Puerto Rico does not have good trainers, their young talent is weak, bad chin, weak mentality, they fail in the Big fights against the Big rivals...

Thats all.

They need to work harder because they have 20 years in a bad shape...
