I really don’t know why this matter has you so riled up. It’s gone beyond being an issue solely about to Jenny being the “victim” of an unwanted kiss, since members of Pulev’s team, as well as Bob Arum, have slandered her as well.

If a multi-millionaire (or his entourage) issued all sorts of personal derogatory insults about me to the media, alleging all sorts of stuff that was either blatantly untrue or could not possibly be proven, then I’d want to be compensated accordingly.

Even if I wasn’t really all that bothered about being slandered, it would be a great opportunity to receive a life changing amount of money, coupled with receiving a significant amount of sympathetic media exposure, without even bothering to lift a finger.

If Kubrat Pulev, Bob Arum and the rest of the Bulgarian’s team are so utterly moronic that they think they can get away with insulting someone without there being consequences, which includes punishments such as suspensions and punitive damages, then that’s on them for being appallingly idiotic!

They should have kept their mouth shut and aired their frustrations about Jenny Sushe behind closed doors, because their media hate campaign, which has sexist overtones, is going to end up costing them a lot of money.

It seems as though Jenny’s legal team are basing their approach against Arum & Pulev by going down the route that inflicts the greatest economic impact on their adversaries.

It might be more fiscally damaging to Pulev and Bob Arum to have their licenses suspended/revoked temporarily rather than filing a lawsuit seeking punitive damages due to the Bulgarian’s self-confessed misconduct.

If Jenny Ravalo’s lawyer fails to get the commission(s) to agree to imposing punishments on Pulev and Arum, then the option to file a civil sexual harassment lawsuit can still be explored.

I think that what will ultimately happen is that either Pulev or Arum (or perhaps even both), will ultimately resort to seeking a behind closed doors settlement, with both parties agreeing to refrain from discussing the matter further, in the hope of resolving the situation.

Have you seen the - ah - "reporter's" behavior in the post fight private party, a snippet of which was so luckily captured on camera - and judging by her closeness to Pulev when she was doing her little interview, and smiling so happily and broadly when he spontaneously kissed - er "traumatized" - her, there was a lot more going on the night before!
