HAS MUTTLEY PULLED OUT THROUGH INJURY?
HAS MUTTLEY PULLED OUT THROUGH INJURY?
I read a post on the BBC site, it was allegedly posted by a boxer at Muttleys gym saying he saw Muttley hurting his back fairly badly, and was talking about pulling out? Hopefully it's just a stupid rumour, or Muttleys trying some kind of mind games, have any of the Muttley crew heard anything?? Muttleys girl over to you

Glad he will be there, I didn't pay out a lot of dough for a no-show. Muttleys ass will be kicked smartly, Kev will KO. him easy, mark MY words.
I take it his injury is all better now, heard it was a bad one, his whole arse collapsed
All the Muttley fans are suddenly quiet? Don't worry he's only going to get K.O'D, he's not leaving the country.
GO ON ANDO!!

You guys down there must be starved of decent boxers if you think Muttley is a class act, fair enough he can bang a bit, but he's far too basic to beat Anderson. All Ando needs to do is keep moving well and Muttley will look like Frankenstein staggering about with a sore leg. (to go with his sore back, ha ha)
Don't worry I wont be too smug when the Mutt gets put down.
ANDO ANDO ANDO!

DG, come on now, your talking nonsense again! Of course I know about boxing that's why I'm going for Anderson to hammer the Mutt
Just watch the fight and then get back to me, I shall be there cheering on Ando, he'll prove all of you guys wrong. Just look at the facts, Anderson is without a doubt quicker than Muttley, has the same if not more power than Muttley, has a far better boxing background, and will be too clever for your man. Muttley is nothing more than a punchers chance, he's too limited, too slow a starter and lazy as feck, the things you can't be against Anderson. I hope the place is jumping cause Muttley will bottle it, too much expectations on an average boxer. Worse still for him, the crowd will drive Anderson on to give him a beating infront of all his pals and supporters, and of course his girl
Man I can hear his arse squeeking from here

Mutt's going to rip Anderson to bits with bodyshots..
"Kill the body, and the head will die"
Mutley to win in, 9, even rounds.
Those who have seen Mutley box more than once, will know that there is more to him than he displayed in the Jennings fight. He was nowhere no his best, and yet still beat Jennings.
And i don't think Anderson is any better than Jennings.
Just wait..
Im really looking forward to watching Paul Appleby from ringside- he is supposed to be a good prospect. He fights Steve Gethin - one of the three Gethins, and the one who fought Khan.

Appleby is definitly one to watch - looks pretty frail and almost childlike but his results show he can fight.Podmore_Birmingham wrote: Im really looking forward to watching Paul Appleby from ringside- he is supposed to be a good prospect. He should have way too much for Steve. Surprised Martin Gethin isnt on the card, of the three brothers he is the youngest and most talented.

Finnegan could probably fill the place with his Burton support alone - a great ticket seller but isnt really going anywhere in my eyes.Podmore_Birmingham wrote:Young Mutley Vs Kevin Anderson

Long is a good match for Gethin - I would fancy Martin to maybe even stop him.
Davies will have to use his good boxing against Allen and avoid his occasional bombs.
Macklin's foe took Richard Williams the full route so Macklin will do well to force a stoppage, though with his vicious body shots I wouldn't put it past him.
Good card from Errol - fair play to him! I hope this can be the start of a few televised cards for the hard working Johnson and his team - they deserve some success!

I like watching Burton, but anyone who loses to Omid Bourzo- with the greatest of respect- is going no-where. I think that Errol feels that, they arent matching him that tough, but he sells a ticket or two!
Tristian is a good lad, i phoned him the other day- to see who he was fighting. He said that he felt that Carl is a sensible fight for him, at this stage of his career. He should win. It won't be easy.
I know Carl is buoyed after the draw against Haider Ali.
I spoke to Darren McDermott the other day, and he was hoping to get on the show, as he felt a bit of TV coverage would raise his profile, and maybe even tempt a higher ranked fighter, to fight him. But he has a show of his own soon in Dudley. No opponent as of yet.

Surprised Dean Powell isnt doing more to get Darren on the TV, but his support in Dudley is vociferous - as atmospheric a small hall as you will find!Podmore_Birmingham wrote:
