Yep, it is the only fight that was shown from beginning to end without any flashing forward past any rounds.

Technically Creed was the best fighter Rocky faced so he is no.1 and the most aggressive fighter he fought id say was Lang plus Lang stopped him so he would be 2nd followed by Drago any after Drago dont matter.
