I understand what you mean. It wasn't a particularly good performance by them. A bit like Margarito vs Santos in that neither fighter looked exceptionally impressive.
after the first fight, i guess anything would've been a bit disappointing. i too got the sense that while dlh was boxing neatly in the rematch, that he was just deferring the moments that mosley would come in & get him with the better, harder shots. these kind of fights - skill/workrate vs cleaner punching - always coax different interpretations (like the first 2 toney-mccallums, which incidentally were fought at a much higher level of skill) & are so often won down the stretch. mosley def closed the better & have have no prooblem with his win
