Great win for Dill, but no one is going to be scared off from him.

Ref ruined it a little.

And yeh. Sky are so whack!!

No credit to Rivas.

Rivas was good and Whyte did well to beat him on an off night.

For the vacant WBC interim-heavyweight title, Dillian Whyte (26-1, 18 KOs) got off the floor to win a dominant twelve round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Oscar Rivas (26-1, 18 KOs).

The scores were 115-112, 115-112, 116-111.
Rivas came out pressing forward, pushing Whyte back in the first round. In the second, Rivas was able to hang on when Whyte clipped him well and went after him with a lot of punches - but Rivas was able to weather the storm with ease.

Whyte was landing the better punches in the third. The jab of Whyte was controlling the action as the contest played out.

Rivas was doing a little better in the seventh, as he pressed the action. But Whyte punished him with a variety of punches in the eight.

During the ninth, Whyte was caught hard by an uppercut and went down. He was hurt bad and managed to fight Rivas off. Whyte came back in the tenth, he recovered well and seemed to have Rivas rocked from a few hard hooks. Whyte also controlled the action in the eleventh and twelfth with his boxing and jab.

Nah, Rivas was leading with his head, not clinching.

Round 2 was the game changer.

Rivas went too cautious after that.

Call it straight away and issue a warning. Don't wait a few seconds until Rivas is set to work and then jump in.

Not saying you're wrong, just saying it looks dodgy if you delay the interrupt until Rivas looks primed.

That's right. But I think, he'll look good against Wilder for 7-8 rounds and then goes to sleep.

Wilder has to get by Ortiz and Fury first.
