Was that Szpilka or Tommy Morrison?

Re: Chisora!
it was a glass chin and done fighter for sure
Re: Chisora!
Yeah, Szpilka doesn't take any decent punch. And always falls in a spectacular fashion.

Re: Chisora!
Beating Splizka really doesn't say much , but losing to him would mean disaster to a career...
Re: Chisora!
Szpilka was already shattered, but it amazes me how Chisora can always bounce back with some surprising shots.

Re: Chisora!
A bit harsh on Morrison , I'd say not a great chin but not glass
Re: Chisora!
I've been a fan of Del Boy for years.
It has it's ups and downs
Tonight, from the opening bell, I could tell Del wanted this badly.
He just keeps getting his career ticking along. We (I) all know where he is at, it's fine by me.
For his actual talent, he has done so well financially, it still amazes me.

Nothing wrong with it either. He's made a damn good living and accomplished way more than most

A dog of a fighter. Tough not to be a fan of him. Just tough managing expectations sometimes.tiny_acres wrote: ↑20 Jul 2019, 22:06He's always entertaining just limited.KiwiRider wrote: ↑20 Jul 2019, 19:44 I've been a fan of Del Boy for years.

Re: Chisora!
He blows so hot and cold, but since the Takem fight he seems to have a second wind.
Re: Chisora!
Yeah, I like him too. He‘s a proper personality as well. Entertaining guy
Re: Chisora!
Big win. If he is on he is a tough out.
Re: Chisora!
Great to see Del Boy pick up another decent win, he’s not getting a world title but hopefully this sets him up for a couple more decent paydays.
I’d like to see the Parker fight next, I give Chisora a fair chance if he’s in switched on mode.
I’d also like to see him have one more crack at the EBU title, he’s come up short several times...

Re: Chisora!
From Chisora's point of view, Parker would be great, but I don't see the point from Parker's point of view.
Parker should be trying bigger fish than Chisora and if he sticks to boxing, he beats Chisora widely on points.

Re: Chisora!
Why is no one talking about chisora-price? Be an excellent dust-up if Parker can’t be made for chisora. Price needs one more chance at fringe world level after last night to see if it really was just rubbish from allen

Is Szpilka his best win? Or Takam?

Re: Chisora!
imo Takam just because Szpilka's chin was totally crushed by Wilder and Kownacki - now he's more chinny than David Price.
Re: Chisora!
Del Boy will fight anyone if the price is right. Way I see it is; the money for Price won't be enough. Eddie signed up Parker to build him up so he can build up to Whyte- then the winner faces AJ. That path is where the money is. Del Boy is the stepping stone.
Re: Chisora!
Maybe Szpilka was already done but both this and the Takam wins are big for Chisora because he would have had no way back had he lost. That’s the thing about Del Boy, he’s at his best when he’s drinking in the last chance saloon and that makes him a fan favourite...dagilechia wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 10:17imo Takam just because Szpilka's chin was totally crushed by Wilder and Kownacki - now he's more chinny than David Price.

yeah i am not a fan of Chisora but he's still quality fighter, he got his best wins when i thought he's already done, i strongly favoured Takam to beat himchinarich wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 17:10Maybe Szpilka was already done but both this and the Takam wins are big for Chisora because he would have had no way back had he lost. Chisora will always beat fringe level guys. When he steps up, he’ll always lose.

Chisora: There used to be a newspaper article from the Zimbabwe news online entitled something like "Successful boxer in Britain used to be an armed robber in Zimbabwe", but I can no longer find it.
Re: Chisora!
Szpilka is not better than Malik Scott was.
