They must've gave that last partial round to Pascal...tough way to lose but way she goes....and that round that Browne got dropped twice did that round end prematurely??? Seemed like an early bell.

I felt it was a short round too. I thought maybe the excitement of the round made it seem fast. Hmmm...

It's weird seeing how strong Kownacki legs are, and yet he throws so many arm punches :maybe:

You'll pardon my ignorance, but the only Ed Reed I know of is the former NFL player.

It's the only way he can get off punches in flurries. I don't remember him ever really setting himself.

Are his legs very strong? What did you see? I believe it though. Power in punches doesn't come from the arms alone. Demonstrate that for yourself by seeing how hard you can punch while seated compared with standing when your whole body is involved.

I'm watching a filler before the fight of him in the gym doing squats and his thighs are all muscle, real strong like a rugby forward.

That's his point. With his legs, he should be able to hit harder. But as we know, Kow is a swarmer.

:TU:
He does use his upper body in the power shots, but if he could throw using his thighs in an overhand right- it would be devastating. It's the same with Miller, huge thighs and yet he throws a lot of arm and shoulder punches.

Kownacki just basically goes out there unloading a bunch of punches. Ruiz picks his spots much more and unloads faster/more precise combos,.

Ruiz is better technically. I think the bodies make you think they are more similar than maybe they are. When Kow steps up to the top tier, he'll get blathered.

Kow swarms with very very hard punches, very very many of them, coming from all directions. I've had him tagged to be champ.

Miller was MMA. Those guys are all arm punchers. That was also the case with Vitali.

We disagree, Oog. Let's wait and see what happens tonight. I'm predicting a 1st round blowout for the Kow.

Ya Kownacki is fun for sure, which is why hes gotten the support he has. Pushing him up to top level will be an invetiable loss though

I think Kow's extra weight will hurt him tonight. I don't care how past it Arreola is.
