B sample? what B sample? with the Saudi announcement and the BJS unveiling on Tuesday we'd all forgotten about it.

That was the plan anyway.

Lawyer must be busy as I see BT took down FW interview when he was slating the process etc as they had received lawyers letter.

I am not actually sure they are testing the B Sample, no one has said that is happening. In that first fluff piece interview Eduardo did with IFL he did mention this and although I forget the exact wording, he said words to the effect of "He had a choice of having the B sample tested or asking for a hearing and presenting evidence."

My interpretation was that the whole defence is going to come down to semantics, VADA results, legal loopholes and arguments rather than the simple basics of answering what was in the sample. They (Whyte and team) know what was in there, they know how it got there and so testing the B sample will not do anything to help them as it will have the same result. So they know the defence has to be nothing to do with the isolation of the actual conducted test.

How long did the Fury case take?

Both Fury case took about 18 months. However both took time out in this time, Tysons problems and shingles.
It would have been interesting to see what would have happened if one tried to fight.
I think the case almost bankrupted UKAD as well, so maybe they won't dig their heels in this time. Whyte hasn't got 18 months.

Until he threatened to sue them and bankrupt them.

They then came to a mutually beneficial agreement.

Don’t think that Whyte has the money or nerve to try that, but they won’t want to upset Eddie.

Whyte will have the cash 4 or 5 PPV must have netted him a good few million at least.

Possibly, but does he want to potentially risk it all in a legal case ?

The Fury’s had the money and meant it.

Don't thnk it matters too much on the heavyweight scene anyway , I think Whyte has ate up all the puddings now , and with this over his head , unless he jumps in with the top 4 , he's irrelvent and all the top 4 beat him ,
Aj stops him ,
Wilder , Ko's him ,
Fury outboxes him easy
Ruiz beats him easy has well .

Think i'd rather see him in with Fury the buildup would be fun , Yardies versus Gypsys  His brother who's not a brother gets owned by Furys brother who is a brother , it has hilarious written all over it .

In fact make it a tag team match , Whyte and might be Whyte then again might not be Whyte , versus Fury and Fury ,

He'll be fine, look at all the guys in the division who've been caught and after some short term furor go right back at it. Old Luis has his second shot since his second failure coming up for example.

On that subject, aren’t half of Tyson’s brothers actually half brothers? Old man John put it about a bit when younger!

But that does make them brothers , I read Dean Whyte , just took Dillans name , when in fact its not , Got to admit , i'm still freinds with people who have been freinds for over 50 plus years , Any of them changed there name to mine , think it would creep me out , rather they just buy me a carton of beer and say they love me

All of them! Nah I’m not certain but there’s interviews with a young Tyson where he basically calls his dad a total bastard and that he has brothers with different mothers. The love island brother is only a half brother isn’t he?

I never knew that about Dean Whyte  Surely that can’t be true!? Mind you, hardly twins are they!
