I don't know why this is even a debate. Andy Ruiz is and always has been the perfect physical specimen.

Probably Issac Frost who was 6.7 and had the best stats of all the featured heavyweights including Tyson, Klitschko brothers and Ali.

Efe Ajagba has best looking physic in history ... he is densely heavy as Anthony Joshua but not bulky puffy looking muscled. Ajagba looks like a razor sharp knife .

Funny question obviously brought up because one of the worst looking bodies KTFO what many thought was the best.

That proves that there really isn't one. Skill, heart, athleticism, determination, etc rule. If I HAD to pick one? Ali. His skills, at his prime would prove it.

I would think anywhere from 6'3 to 6'4 and about 225 pounds or less would be ideal. This way you'd be tall enough that you wouldn't be dwarfed by anybody, and you'd be strong enough that you should be able to do damage to most any opponent. Plus you'd be lighter than a lot of the other guys, and thus probably able to move a little better.

Lennox was great. Stayed in shape. Got lazy with training a couple times but mostly great.
Bowe went up and down like an elevator. Which is why he crapped out and threw away his belt.
Holyfield was always in shape. Too small to be dominant. (see Usyk).
Tyson was a juggernaut but it required dedication and hard work. When that stopped so did he.
The Klits were gym rats. Excellent shape. But chin and cuts kept them from all time great.
AJ should stay like the 2nd Ruiz fight. More stamina which is a reasonable trade for a little less power.
Wilder has a freak of nature right hand otherwise he's a mess.
Fury is great in spite of himself. He moves like a guy 100 lbs lighter. It's his head that's iffy.
Ruiz Jr/ Kownacki/ Arreola come on. Get serious or go home.

and your proof or even some kind of anecdotal evidence that lewis was on steroids ?

ie holyfield changed his entire body size / shape / definition etc in a few years and developed the roid face that goes along with that .
