IBA titles

Hi,
can anybody add the names of the IBA titles in TITLES menu as following:
IBA International title
IBA Americas title
IBA Asian title

Why are most of the weight categories vacant? The IBA only have about 4 or 5 champions when around 13 are vacant. Wouldnt it be a good idea just to make someone champion for free in hope of getting a bit of revenue if they decide they will defend it amongst their other title? The IBA have had a few very well known champions such as De La Hoya, Roy Jones jr , George Foreman just to mention 3 but do have a bit of history.
