Super Welterweights: Luis Manuel Rodriguez vs Davey Moore

Under the 15 round limit at Super Welterweight, Rodriguez would jab and batter Moore with counterpunches to stop him for a 11th round TKO? What do you guys think?

Luis is not stopping Davey. There is 40% chance of Moore stopping Rodriguez. Most likely, Luis outboxes him for a UD.
