Out of action since a February victory over late replacement Rafael Rivera, WBA “super” featherweight champion Leo Santa Cruz has revealed his intention to return in November at super featherweight, where he will be looking for a title in his fourth weight class.

I used to like LSC.. The only risk he has ever taken was against Frampton.

I think LSC has ducked Russell.. Not any other way..

It's mostly PBC's fault. Paying them too much for 1 fight, they don't bother fighting again until the next year.
