Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
he didn't looked too impressive vs Heredia or Little, but imo he's still very far from showing his best. and he is only 27 years old, not too much for a HW. Ajagba is good too, but Hrgović is clearly my favourite prospect.
but, of course, i support Adam ''Babyfat'' Kownacki more than anyone else out of that list
Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
Hard to make any predictions from that list.
88% of them are unbeaten because they have likely never been tested.
Sometimes a tough test and a loss makes a better fighter.
Let's not get wrapped up in this unbeaten crap eh?
Knocking over 15-20 Journeymen does not a prospect make.

Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
also, some of them probably have lost already but were granted the home decision like #92 Kamil Bodzioch - imo he clearly lost his last fight vs some Ukrainian journeyman called Konstantyn Dovbyshchenko.

Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
this game will likely be won by some bum beater who will never step up
Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
Jalolov is the one for me. He's only 6-0, has good amateur pedigree and shouldn't be in any rush to step up at only 25 years old.
Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
I'm assuming the rule is that you can only pick a fighter that hasn't already been taken. I'm to understand that Hrgovic, Ajagba, and Jalolov have already been called.
Yoka and Dubois look like good names still available.
I guess I'll get Yoka.

Dubois. He's improving with every fight. Ajagba is my fav prospect though.

You're right in terms of actual talent and ability, but technically every single professional is a prospect until their true level is discovered.KiwiRider wrote: ↑29 Aug 2019, 15:58 Hard to make any predictions from that list.

Re: Unbeaten Heavyweight - New elimination
Lot of wishful thinking in this thread, the big lump who got beat up by Joyce in the Olympics, Ajagba ( people hoping that looking athletic and intimidating at the same time means he’s gonna fight as good as he looks etc )
I think you’re on the money with Dubois though, I get the feeling if he’s moved correctly he’s gonna end up top of the pile. He’s learning and improving. He has all the tools so far
