I like Tesco, has got a really good stable of fighters and that isn't by accident.

I feel a bit like Mourinho that he likes to create a siege mentality which is good for the atmosphere in the gym, seems some real togetherness there.

The flip side of that unfortunately you need to kiss some promoters arse in this game and That's just not Tesco.

You can't really disagree with anything he says.

Smith is the #1 in the world, maybe a quiet lad but does his talking in the ring, it's sky's job to promote him.

Callum should start some twitter wars.
That’s Joes problem - he fell out with FW ages ago and he doesn’t have a good thing to say about JG in return.

He’s now either trying to push/goad Hearn - it’ll either work or he’ll cut Smith loose and Gallagher is left with little or no platform for his fighters as he’ll have pissed off the 2 biggest in the UK.

The issue is would Smith be a big PPV star right now - probably not.

Unless he fought someone like BJS in a domestic fight - he’d need GGG/Canelo to pay him the WBSS money he got for the Tournament.

To put him on Sky Sat night fight - he’d be wanting £750k plus - you can’t pay that or you’d lose your shirt.

That’s where he is stuck as he’s too expensive for Sky normal but not a draw for PPV at this time.

Unbelievable that Hearn would promote a fight between a pair of YouTube acts, before arranging something for a world class operator like Smith. Tells you all you need to know about Hearn and what motivates him. Say what you want about Bunny but he must have lost fortunes giving the likes of BJS and Flanagan a platform to win a world title. If you can't sell PPVs with Hearn then you're going nowhere.

On the undercards for much less money than Callum though ? Callum would be £500k-£750k at least.

Campbell was the B side v World Elite which was always going to sell and make money because people wanted to see Loma.

Dazn is for the US - not the UK.

I think Gallaher is deluded.

Smith has to take it upon himself to build his profile. No necessarily turning over tables but at least be vocal.

If those offers a real, fcuk off and go get the money
