Or even if Fury steps aside from Wilder rematch, He can fight Kabayel.

Probably that will happen. And that definitely not the worst scenario. Or maybe Fury will fight for IBF in the case of it being vacated, if IBF makes a mandatory, while Wilder fights Ruiz-Joshua winner. IBF seems to make Pulev mandatory for Ruiz-Joshua winner.

Yes. They want the winner to fight Pulev by March or May 2020 I think.
