Cruiserweights: Carlos De Leon vs Ossie Ocasio

These two Puerto Rican cruiserweights never faced each other in the same other, but if they fought in their home country, then De Leon would win a hard fought split decision in 15 rounds against Ocasio? What do you guys think?

De Leon, definitely, although he put in some mediocre performances considering how skilled he was. UD 15 close or SD 15
