I’m not sure why they do not get a ban when studies have shown users of anabolic steroids can retain some benefits for several years. So in theory this would be against a Miller still performing with assistance of PED’s

I read a study about this some years ago when I was still competing in natural bodybuilding, but cannot find it but think this BBC article may well be referencing it - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-24730151

With this in mind, a ban is required not just as a punishment but also due to fighters still having an unfair advantage. A ban is a case of "sorry, even if we believe it was not intentional, we cannot allow you to perform as you still have an unfair advantage, accidental or not."

I do not understand why or how boxing does not have a straightforward - "If it is inside you, you are banned for X period" system. That is how it works in other sports isn't it or am I mistaken? (I do not bother watching or reading about any sport apart from boxing and bodybuilding these days).

In natural bodybuilding it is a blanket ban with no hearing, no arguments, just a ban and for the Fed I used to compete with, it is a lifetime ban immediately.

I think big Joe would give big baby a complete drubbing, whether Miller is off or on the PEDS.

I can't think a heavyweight who has impressed me more than Joyce in their first 10 fights, in terms of the calibre of the opposition and the manner he's dispatched them. His work rate is a phenomenon for a man his size.
