Hunter wants it and is with Matchroom...

It should be him or Bakole

If neither of them get it and MR still want Chis to fight, go to Joey D :box:

Im hoping for either Hunter or Wallin. Then again Hunter is ranked 14 by the forum, gives him edge. But also might give Wallin another serious crack at the ratings.

I wonder when the Chisora bandwagon will come to a halt?

We all know the deal with him, he's a gatekeeper who always loses when he steps up to world level, or just below.

How many more times can he be repackaged and sent out again?

He will now become a name for up an comers to knock off on their way to world level, but I get the impression that Chisora and his team have greater ambitions for him than that, for some reason.

Had he lost to Takam, quite a lot would be different. He wouldn't have strung two wins together since Jan 2016. He probably would've faced Dave Allen while Takam would've faced Whyte.

He's blocking shit. He takes the opportunities he's given and comes to FIGHT not to survive.

The only one's blocking up & coming fighters ways up are there overproctetive shit managers.

should A FIGHTER be afraid to face a steep challenge apart from realistic consideration of the possibility to get clipped then he's definitely in the wrong business.

Generally one doesn't become a prizefighter if he's afraid of another man punching him in the face.

There are of course exceptions of the rule.

I think I got to agree with both differing opinions above.

Chisora is willing to get it on, and Parker has trouble landing fights, so why not?

For sure we've probably already seen all the skills that either man can dish out but in the absence of any other top heavyweight (not called Anthony Joshua) being prepared to regularly climb into the ring, we'll take what were given.

Just look at the top names that seem to have gone AWOL - Gorman, Ruiz, Fury, Wilder etc.

Okay Whyte and Povetkin should fight in just over 4 weeks but there's not been a lot of quality HW action recently.

I feel for Danny Dubois as he was one of those few keen to climb into the ring whenever the opportunity arose.

Hopefully he'll make a full recovery and return better than ever, and we'll see also the underated Joe Joyce returning to action soon.

The heavyweight scene could be fantastic, but we just need the fights.

personally I would rather see parker out fighting 2 or 3 times in 2021 over chisora

Derek Chisora vs Joseph Parker

(You may have seen various social media updates from Chisora and David Haye that confused people into believing Chisora-Parker has been scheduled)

“I got a lot of messages last night, ‘Oh, Parker-Chisora is done.’ No, but both guys are desperate for that fight. That fight has already been scheduled (in 2019), it’s a brilliant fight. There’s a big fight for Joseph Parker against Junior Fa, Feb. 27 in New Zealand, that’s a tough, tough fight. If he comes through that I would like to make Chisora against Parker, probably in July.”
