Jason Quigley Swaps Dominic Ingle for Andy Lee

Post by Ruthless-RKO »

Andy Lee has confirmed he will train Jason Quigley for his next fight.

Quigley, who has a promotional deal with Golden Boy, lost his last outing to Tureano Johnson when he was defending his NABF middleweight title at Fantasy Springs in Indio, California.

Former WBO middleweight champion of the world Lee, who is also looking after southpaw Paddy Donovan –– who will debut at the Ulster Hall in Belfast on October 11, exclusively live on iFL TV and ESPN+, before returning on November 16 at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland –– revealed the World Championship silver medal winner will return to the ring on December 6 in California.

It is now clear that the former Manny Robles-trained fight has left Dominic Ingle.

Further details regarding the ring return of Quigley will be revealed in due course

Glad to see Andy Lee training, smart fellow who has learnt his trade up close with some of the best. If there was any recently retired pro you would want to stay in the sport it would be Lee.

Indeed. Just a class act. He should do more punditry too.

currently......The Ingle Gym hosts......in no particular order

Nichola Adams
BJS
Kell Brook
Kid Galahad
Yves Ngabu
Liam Williams
Lee Reeves
Willy Hutchinson

and others.......

More than enough there to make Dominic a very very busy man!!... Plenty of help from John and Keller too.

Fighters come and go, some return...some dont. The grass is greener sometimes.....and sometimes not.

Remember........The fighter hires the trainer.

Strong stable still. I expected Hutchinson to go on and do more than he has done, has been a quiet pro career. I haven't seen him for a while though, he may be doing good things.

He's not knocked anyone out for just over a week now :OhYes:
He's only just 21 - a young pro learning his craft.
