Re: Jay Harris vs. Paddy Barnes - 11 October 2019
Barnes is so game & always gives his all but he is constantly the much smaller man at flyweight, makes things extremely difficult. Light flyweight would surely be a better fit but whether it's an option at his age, I don't know. Like the look of Harris, accurate shots at range combined with some cracking body work, looked nice and composed.

Good fight, really enjoyed it, Harris was far superior, looks to be a quality fighter.

Jay was ranked #6 with the IBF before this fight. Dunno where it places him after, but it seems like he could be due a title shot next year, all going well.
I just checked, the belt (IBF inter-continental) they were fighting for has been vacant for nearly 3 years

Ruairi dalton looks more like 50 than in his 20s

Really good win for Harris I thought he looks a talent. Tough lad with power got good shot selection aswell body head .yea he took a few shots but he is learning. I thought Paddy was great last night tough as anything a real good boxer I just think he just left it to late for the pro game
