Why would fury be worse than punchers?
Because he is big, strong and can box and move. Wilder was outboxed by Szpilka and could not knock out Fury who moves well but not as well and quick as Usyk.

Usyk is a better and much more active boxer. Fury has size on him. Nothing else
Skillset + size + creativity
I've underestimated fury before, but I don't see his skillset being an issue here.

Wilder wasn't outboxed from szpilka and he put him on a stretcher. Usyk is a better boxer than fury, if he can handle the power he'd school wilder. He's technically better than all of them.
