As a fan, 3 great fights. But Canelo had an edge last time out. That could also go to who whatever.

I saw GGG winning this but is cause Dev gased out in the end of the 11th, and GGG getting it by 1 or 2 points. Thin. Kudos to both guys. Hope that they get fatter paychecks next time out. Great fight. Next time Dev might get it. Awesome fight!

I mean, all of those fights were close. And so, by the way, was Canelo-Jacobs.
Missing piece of the puzzle, I need to go watch Derevyanchenko-Jacobs.

I vote for Derev, cause I scored a win only for him. Well, actually I had different outcomes of Canelo fights after rewatching, but still Derev was the most convincing. He openly fought Golovkin and outfought him.

Definitely Derevo for me, except it was spoiled by the KD. Of course one could say that Derevo faced the weakest version of Golovkin.

On a scoring basis, Canelo did the best in the rematch

Then Jacobs next best

Then Derev

But Derev was the most grueling fight for GGG

Derevyanchenko but he also fought the worst version of Golovkin.

TBH. It works both ways.. Derev May have been the best against GGG.

But GGG surely wasn’t at his best against Derev.

I think Canelo did the best in second fight.

Well, I thought Golovkin edged it against Jacobs and also edged it last night.

I thought Golovkin won the first fight against Alvarez more clearly than those fights but I also thought Alvarez edged the second fight.

So I'll reluctantly say Alvarez though I've never seen Golovkin so easy to hit as he was last night.

I haven't gotten to see the Derevyanchenko fight. If someone can point me to a way to seeing that. That'd be great. :TU:

Jacobs didn't land anything significant. He was just talking and blowing his cheeks. The reason people thought highly of him is because he was the first one who went 12 rounds against GGG and wasn't really hurt.

Did you watch GGG’s bout against Danny Jacobs?

I know you’re a die-hard fan of Golovkin… and why wouldn’t you be, since he’s an impressive fighter, but your fanaticism has reached extreme levels to the point you’ve become blindly-loyal!

Of course I watched the fight. Jacobs didn't do enough punching to win. Yes, he was competitive to surprise most of us, but that was all he achieved.

Jacobs was competitive, he won five rounds definitely (maybe six) but he has never seriously hurt GGG.

It's sad to see that young elite 160 lbs fighters are praised for being 'the best?' against an older mw fighter like GGG. lol  For me I have Murray and Lemieux bc both fought a younger version of GGG. :TU:

Derevyanchenko. Why? He fought GGG at his oldest age.

Do you think Murray/Lemieux would have done better vs GGG right now. I tend to not think they would be competive.

Not only age, but mainly poor condition due to the illness. Those factors combined made Derevo look the best against GGG. He fought the version of Golovkin which was available. Couldn't fight imaginary prime GGG.
