Profesional Nestor Bravo id # 711322 recently won the Vacant WBC Lightweight title against Emiliano Martin Garcia id # 724564 and Garcia is ranked 154 in the world ranking while Bravo is ranked 216. Shouldn't Bravo be ranked lower than Garcia?

He got a big boost from drawing with JuanMa after you beat him. I agree with you that you should be ahead since you recently dominated him and won every round on 2 cards, but the BoxRec formula doesn't seem to have a way to consider a scenario like this where you beat someone and then after that they get a good result.
In other words, the BoxRec algorithm gives fighters no credit in the rankings for anything their opponent does after they beat them. It's a flaw of the system.

Wow that sucks, after that fight Bravo stopped Christian Mino who went to a decision with Juan Manuel Lopez.
