Does any of them beat Mikey Garcia at 140?

I don’t wanna hear his last performance was crap, or he’s inactive. A year ago, people couldn’t split Mikey and Loma.. now hardly even people rate Loma, never mind Mikey.
Welterweight was just a love too far for Mikey, everyone knows that. Not saying Mikey is unbeatable between 135 to 140, and of course styles makes fights..
Thoughts?

Mikey would beat Ramirez, likely.
Mikey vs. Taylor would be very competitive.
Prograis would defeat Mikey.

hm, any news on Mikey next fight ?
Btw i thought 140 division was a bit dull when Crawford got his undisputed belt (which is still an hell of an achievement) and remained empty after Crawford move up to 147. I am surprised how interesting division became since then. We got WBSS tournament, where emerged new stars in Taylor and Prograis + we had Ramirez - Hooker fight. If Mikey would get involved in this it would be even better
