Hayden Wright

Perennial loser Hayden Wright was knocked out last night in the first round by an inexperienced Cruiserweight.
In less than three weeks he is listed to fight John Hopoate. I know that John has not done much lately but it seems that somebody wants Hayden killed.

That’s a pretty bad match up. The last thing to go is punching power and Hopoate has plenty of that. Funny things happen but looks like Wright could be in some trouble.

It would be too short a break between fights in any case.

It is not a good look this match up due to Wright's long string of losses, against Hoppa's pitiful 2nd round KO by Paul Gallen, which was his first fight in almost 10 years. Neither should be in the ring.

Wouldn't there be a mandatory stand-down time for the recent KO loss by Wright, which should preclude this fight?

Hayden is no longer on the card to fight Hoppa.

It is now Hoppa V TBA.
