Regis outjabbed him and had moments for sure but Taylor took it. Taylor could us his reach to hook around prograis defense and score. Plus he clearly had the heavier hands. Taylor tired a bit the last 2 rounds but had built a lead.

7 to 5. I thought 6 to 6 or 8 to 4 Taylor were fine.

Yes they were close. Prograis would dictate well with his jab for stretches then Taylor would land some heaviver shots to swing back the round. Prograis was better countering off the back foot instead of leading with the jab imo. Countering kept him out of range better. Tactical adjustments for a rematch

I had it Taylor 116-112. Taylor won clearly. The thing is, he was often edging rounds closely, so there's no feel of him dominating Prograis, but he took the majority of rounds.

Had the judge given Prograis the final round on his card, a round he clearly won, it would have been a majority draw..

scoring is very subjective I know , but I just dont think prograis did enough to " take anything " from taylor who had the higher workrate and evidently harder punches.
the judge who called it a draw needs to be scrubbed .
