It's good you finally watched the two guys, so you can now form an educated opinion, after the fact.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑27 Oct 2019, 01:24 Prograis ain't more athletic than Taylor (honestly, ppl always do this when it's a white guy, act like he's at an 'athletic' disadvantage--Taylor is one of the most if not the most athletic at 140), Taylor had the speed ,, movement, and pop on him. Prograis closed stronger and timed some good jabs, and had some nifty defensive moves.
Taylor 7-5 was right. Both are very good, and very good fight too. Well done.
Will you root for Prograis or for Taylor ?

Watched plenty, Josh was obviously one of the most if not most athletic at 140. clearly the snappier more athletic guy, Progais the more methodical and solid down the stretch, Prog isn't faster, more limber, better reflexed, etc.

Taylor's body punching was racking up the points during the first half of the bout.
Prograis rallied and rolled with the punches and was in it the whole way through, he just couldn't quite put his mark on the contest and take over.
The boxing smarts of Taylor played a large role, he didn't lose his cool and managed to steer himself through tempting moments that may have compromised his energy levels late in the fight
Quality contest from two decent boxers who paced themselves very well.
