Quarry would have been way too much for Leon Spinks to handle. In fact, Spinks's style and physical attributes made him an ideal opponent for Quarry. Both guys were about the same size, and both of them were brawlers. But Quarry was much more durable than Leon, and he hit a heck of lot harder too. Quarry also had more skill than Spinks, in addition to having more seasoning against top-flight opponents.

I'm certain this fight would have ended with a Quarry KO or TKO, anywhere from first until the eighth round.
