Archie Moore and Sugar Ray Robinson were the best 2 counterpunchers that I have ever seen.
Who are the best out there today now that Marquez is retired?

Canelo is an excellent counterpuncher no doubt. Great counterpunches are thrown by many fighters but I am not sure there is necessarily a Benny Leonard type fighter who is more or less know for specifically that these days.

Hopkins is now retired but in his deep tool chest he had plenty of counters to share with his opponents... :TU:
