It appears that Don Fraser, a longtime Los Angeles boxing promoter, has passed away while in his early 90s.

Don also promoted in Sacramento and staged many of Tony Lopez's greatest nights, including his breathtaking IBF title win over Rocky Lockridge.

You're thinking of Don Chargin, who passed away around this time last year. He had a close association with Lopez and Loreta Garza from Sacramento.
