Laciar should undoubtedly be in. He gives a clinic in how to beat a southpaw in his 15-round decision over Antoine Montero in France. I regard it as one of the greatest boxing displays ever given.

Both he and Gilberto Roman are glaring omissions from the IBHOF IMO.
