Well Matthew Barney should be EBU Light Heavyweight champion.

Henry Porras gave world champion Kessler a fair argument too.

I can't think of that many fighters in the top 10 that I think could beat froch to be honnest. Calzaghe almost deffinatly could, Bayer in germany may, not really seen Kesseler fight. Any thoughts??

Kessler would not miss Froch with his ramrod jab and he sets everything up with that, I really dont see Froch in with much chance against Kessler with his hands around his waist.

Froch potentially has the beating of most Super Middleweights but it's this old problem of his defence/attitude, i've bleated about it enough in the past and it's highly unlikely he will change anytime soon so i may as well stop talking about it.

I couldn't see him beating Calzaghe or Kessler and Beyer would be too seasoned and smart for him (especially in Germany) but he has a chance at European level for certain. Have not seen Chanet fight but Tsypko is no great shakes as Magee showed. Was thinking the other day it is a shame Tsypko-Lacy was cut short (literally) as it may at the time have told us a bit more about both men, particularly Lacy.

Lacy would knock him out IMO. Lacy for all his faults against Calzaghe showed a phenomenal chin so I doubt Froch could stop him. But Lacy would land bomb after bomb on Froch with his non existent defence sooner or later he'd be stopped. He can get away with catching everything with his face against the likes of Magee but not a big banger like Lacy.
