Fonseca won that. He’ll be happy not getting shafted.

When you can't quite bring yourself to rob the winner, settle for the 114.

Bad taste left that decision!

Dilmaghani has had a bit of a gift there.

Fonseca by a round and 2 draws - who can argue with that ?

Fonseca woulda got it in Nicaragua, but a draw and/or a rematch is fine with me.

It's possible Fonseca might offer a word or two in contradiction, too

Cracking fight, cant argue with the draw, probably a fair result, I had Fonseca winning 115-114, a lot of close rounds, both guys just stood and traded from the first round, in all fairness I think both guys made the other man miss with a lot, a lot of shots blocked, Dilmaghani keeps a tight guard, doesn't move his head but tucks up pretty well, Fonseca himself kept the elbows tucked in and I thought a lot of Dilmaghani's body shots were partially blocked, still no denying it was a great watch, a few low blows and clashes but it was still a tidy fight fought at a frantic pace

Fair play to Dilmaghani for hanging at this level, it was a bit of a gamble for someone who hadn't beat anyone of note but he toughed it out and I wouldn't have argued too much if he edged the win, those early rounds especially were nip/tuck, Fonseca finshed the stronger man though down the stretch, he hurt Dilmaghani with a right hand in the last round, true to form though Dilmaghani came back fighting, gotta be a rematch

I don’t rate the c5 commentator. Woodhall I don’t mind he generally calls it straight but the other clown was watching a different fight.

I thought Fonseca won by at least 3 rounds. I had to mute it about round 6. Dilmaghani has very little power but he kept his hands up throughout the fight. Blocking plenty and tiring quite badly. Showed Fonseca could dig.
