Because I don't see any huge improvement in Whyte really.

Which would support my suspicion that all the top heavyweights likely have assistance on a continual basis and its all a game of beat the testing.

Whyte's previous failure was at the softer end. Considering how the WBC treat those who have failed tests and those found not guilty regarding their tests before, I wouldn't use Sulaiman's word as evidence of Whyte's guilt (even though he doesn't say he's guilty in the video or anything like that). I can only assume that's what you were doing as otherwise that video has nothing to do with what I said.
