To be fair a lot of the rnds were close , and i suppose could of gone either way , and its obvious that the hme boy and champ was gonna get the 50-50 rnds .

But If they do score the fight with Canelo , I think Smiths gonna get shown up for the true level he's on , and its not Canelo level

Ryder won the fight clearly.

I'm really being put off boxing. Kash Farooq last week robbed, Katie Taylors opponent robbed in america, this fight was another ridiculous decision.

Guess everyone else is wrong then
I watched it sober with the sound off and scored it round by round. Smith won 7 rounds. On my card.

Yeah, fair enough it was close - I scored 114-114.
It's just that everyone saying "I smell a rubbish hometown decision" in R12 and then....... its a clear wide UD. :brick:

Ryder won that fight for me. We support a 'subjective' sport so i'll listen to an argument either way because it was close but I'm sure everyone can agree than that wasn't a 5 and 4 point gap unless you're a crayon munching scouser! They judges were fuckin disgraceful particularly big Terry as usual! You could put the kettle on for that big gimp handing over a poison card! Ryder was beaten before he went in the ring tonight with they scores and that's what everyone has to look at wether you think he won or lost! Bigger picture!

Didn't have the sound off unfortunately , had to listen to Gallagher gobbing off all fight .
Stone cold sober also , couldn't find 7 rounds to Smith , just didn't see it .
Subjective sport and all that but I think this was one of the worst decisions I have seen in a long time .

Couldent find a reliable stream but was checking the round by round and the odds fluctuation, its telling in boxing that i can see most boxing fans saying they have Ryder winning, and Ryder paying a good price for a decision win, yet i know i cant bet on that because he isnt who is "ment to win".

Guess what? Boxing is fixed. In other news the sky is blue. The ocean is wet. Ortiz needs a KO tonight. Everyone knows.

These judges are completely shameless. At least pretend that you are scoring the actual fight. Make it 115:113 or 115:114.

Organizers should've saved money and had Adelaide Byrd judge remotely. Couldn't be much worse.

It wasn't a robbery, the fight wasn't a one sided beat down, a lot of the rounds were close and quite difficult to score, I had Ryder winning it myself but if Smith had edged it in a SD there wouldn't be the outrage there is now. The comical scoring made the decision seem worse than it was.

Smith definitely needed last 2 for a generous decision I thought. Lost both.

If it was a close fight why were the score cards so wide?
