Damn, I think Callum stayed too long at 168lbs. If not Canelo next , then move up to 175lbs!

I thought Callum would have an easy work against Ryder who is Rocky Fielding's leftover but Ryder surprised us. Probably Callum stayed too much at 168 knowing that he has a size advantage over the other smw's but that thing may have turned against him. If Callum can't get Canelo next, then he should move up at 175 lbs.

Smith is overrated, Benavidez would destroy him

Funny before this fight everyone expected a KO and thought he’d give Canelo a good go. Ryder just fought too well.

He is not overated. From all the recent crop of 168lbers (Eubank Jr, Benavidez, BJS, Plant), Callum has the best win on his resume at smw i.e Groves who beat CEJ. I think Callum was pushing too hard to make 168 lbs and stay here. Callum needs to move up if he's not gonna get Canelo next.

Yup. Ryder was game but also I think Callum was weaken by staying too much at 168 lbs. He's a big guy.

I'd prefer Smith and BJS stop angling for a Canelo fight and just fight each other.

He stayed at 168 so long, but fought only one good opponent. Managed to avoid Froch, DeGale, Jack, Ramirez, Benavidez.

Yeah. Time to cash in vs Canelo or maybe BJS.
