Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
Fury has been added to the Matchroom Monaco show facing a light value Pavel Sour
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
I don't understand what they're doing with Hughie at all.
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
Pavel Sour? Is he sponsored by Haribo?
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
Pavel Sour, the guy that recently went the distance with Jermaine Franklin. Based on that performance I suspect we'll get 10 rounds of slow, boring plodding.
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
Hughie 'human sleeping tablet' Fury! Does fukk all for most of the fight, forgets to throw punches
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
His style will at least fit in well with the atmosphere in Monaco....

They are doing the same thing that Hennessy did and everyone else would do with him.clopixolacuphase wrote: ↑08 Nov 2019, 06:33 I don't understand what they're doing with Hughie at all.
Have him fight some cans then jump into a fight with a genuine top 15-20 guy. Then he loses in a bore fest. Rinse and repeat.
Only difference is match room are doing it at about 4 times the speed that Hennessy did its with meaty Mick it was done over a 4 year period with Hughie fighting once or twice a year.
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
One of this years biggest mysteries if why Matchroom signed Hughie Fury. Fury against Dave Allen and Martin Bakole is about his level atm.
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
I fancy Martin Bakole as well. Fury's best win is still Sam Sexton.
Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
He arguably beat Parker.
There. I said something nice about him.

There were no winners in that fightclopixolacuphase wrote: ↑09 Nov 2019, 08:58He arguably beat Parker.

That's really the only fight i've ever been at all impressed with him and Sexton was inactive, past it and not that good to begin with...
He moved well enough against Parker and made him miss but forgot to throw punches

Re: Hughie Fury v Pavel Sour -30th November
Fury heavier for fight in Monaco but will that result in a more powerful punch?
The younger cousin of Tyson Fury weighed-in at 16st 10lbs on Friday, 10lbs heavier than prior to his decision loss to Povetkin. His opponent Sour was 17st 2lbs.
Fury promised he has "fixed the problems" that led to defeats to Joseph Parker, Kubrat Pulev and Povetkin and, aged just 25, still has plenty of time to make a statement in the division where Anthony Joshua faces Andy Ruiz Jr next Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Fury has pulled out due to illness..
How did he look at the weigh in?
Most times you think ‘fuccks sake’ when’s it’s a pull out. In this case, it’s ok.
