Next opponent for Canelo at 168 lbs? Saunders, Callum Smith or maybe Benavidez?

Assuming Canelo goes back to 168 lbs, what opponent he'd choose? Canelo has that 'regular' wba smw belt and Callum is the 'full' wba champion. That would make sense for a fight between Canelo and Callum.

DAZN's stable also has Saunders and Andrade. But Saunders, Andrade or Callum can't bring the buys of a Canelo vs Golovkin third fight. So in terms of business wise Golovkin could be the only option.

I didn't see Smith vs Ryder. I did see Canelo vs GGG 2. I'll readily admit that Canelo did significantly better in the 2nd fight than he did in the 1st, but he still didn't win it IMO.

I would've had no issue with the draw in this bout, but I knew they'd give it to him because they gave him a draw he CLEARLY lost the 1st time around so a narrow loss or an actual draw he'd get.

The knockdown got him the win vs Jacobs. I never saw the Derevyanchenko fight so I can't comment on that. I don't think anyone thinks GGG is invincible at this point certainly. Similarly to Kovalev his boxing skill was often overlooked as he was seen as a puncher and nothing more. He's a great boxer/puncher, but he's getting up there in years now, and is wearing down. Lotta miles on him now.

Well Canelo would undoubtedly win controversy free in the 3rd fight. They screwed GGG twice, and now Father Time will do the rest for 'em if they ever fight a 3rd time.

We'll agree to disagree on the 2nd fight. It was a close fight. Not a Canelo win in my view. He did better than the 1st fight without question. I won't say he won.
