4 convicted drugs cheats on Saturdays card

Post by danconnollyeire »

The biggest boxing event of the year features 4 convicted drugs cheats (Whyte, Povetkin, Molina, Wach). Who remembers Hearns rant about Miller?

You can't expect honesty from a money motivated snake in the grass like a promoter who thinks everyone is so stupid to believe anything that comes out of his mouth. There...I feel better now.

No one will say anything but there are certain heavyweights who have therapeutic use exemptions - so we will never find out what substances they are taking

That reason alone is enough for me to wish for a Ruiz KO

I like the Mo Farah story.

The drug testers turned up at his house and rang the bell, knocked on the door, banged on the windows and rang him on his mobile and his landline for a whole HOUR

Mo was inside the house and reckons he didn’t hear them!!

Fury is a juicer unfortunately, never gets mentioned thoug for some reason.
People are too busy laying into Hearn to want to show any balance.

There’s posters on here who one day castigate Hearn because he works with Povetkin and Whyte and saying we should refuse to watch these fighters. I then made a separate thread asking who people’s favourite Boxers were current and past and the same person says ‘Tyson Fury.’

And these people expect to be taken seriously on here.

I know it's popular to bash Eddie and he is a businessman and all, can't fault him for wanting to make money and provide, but his relentless chasing of the dollar is getting ridiculous.

No point in crying about Patrick Day dying one minute, calling Jarrell Miller a dangerous cheat the next and then trying to Whyte-wash drug tests and turn blind eyes all over the shop when it suits.

Bit of consistency please.

It's obviously why though. Hearn loudly shouts in interviews and on twitter how disgraceful it is yadayada and boxers should be banned for life etc. Arum/Warren haven't been so focus

But yes, the Fury's (Hughie and Tyson) are drugs cheats too

When referring to Whyte, Arum and Warren have been just as vocal. They don’t get interviewed every five minutes as they don’t put the same number of shows on. And through the grapevine we hear that the reason they have less failed tests could be because they don’t bother paying the authorities to implement the tougher drug testing for all their shows.

People on here make out like it’s the promoter who decides the punishment. It’s the athletic commissions that dish the punishments out which is nothing to do with any promoter. And saying ‘duhhhhh don’t put them on your shows then.’ If every promoter adopted that then we would get virtually no boxing at all. FW wouldn’t have his biggest star and Hearn, Arum and PBC would all be crippled to the point of bankruptcy.

You're literally saying what Hearn said in his last interview and passing it off as your own words lol... absolutely hilarious. I haven't seen one single person say promoters decide the punishment, you're just making that up. It's funny... people are just picking up the obvious literal contradictions in Hearn's position, that's all

As it is Dan I haven’t watched his last interview but he’s been saying pretty much the same since he took Povetkin on. I’m not starting the post claiming nobody else has ever said it either. You’re just repeating what other posters are saying in here and passing them off as your own. Hilarious. Generic emoji.

You’re saying a promoter says something that contradicts something else they say. Oh well f uck me Einstein. What’s next? A politician lying or dancinnollyeire saying something fit for a 6 year old?

I’ll wait until Fran k Warre n or Bob Arum contradict themselves and wait for you to jump all over that and show us your amazing balance of opinion.
